Born in Bogotá in the mid-80s, my love for craftsmanship began in childhood, watching my grandparents create things by hand.

I studied fine arts and graphic design, starting my career in advertising agencies. Later on, I entered the world of audiovisual production and fell in love with the work done in the art department. Years later, I complemented my background with studies in film production and art direction across Colombia, Argentina, and Cuba.

I have had the opportunity to work in the art department across various roles, handling multiple tasks in set decoration before choosing to fully specialize in Props. I am passionate about how objects and a character’s belongings build their identity on screen. Working in props connects my design foundation with manual fabrication; I equally enjoy managing narrative details during pre-production and on set, as well as the physical creation in the workshop.

I am currently living and working as a freelancer between Colombia and Spain, open to projects worldwide.
